NOTE: there is NO such thing as a "teacup Pomeranian". Breed standard is 3 to 7 pds. Some MAY end up smaller than breed standard but are merely runts. This breed is already SMALL, so beware of trying to get anything below 3 pds. & many will suffer health issues. WHY want anything smaller in a Pom? They are already a SMALL & Toy breed.
